Pop reel is a device that is used to collect and wrap paper rolls in the paper production line. Paper production lines usually include machines that produce paper in a wide format. This paper is prepared in long and wide rolls. For example, paper rolls may be several meters wide and several kilometers long. When the produced paper exits the machine, the paper rolls must be collected and wrapped for transfer, storage or transport to the final destination. For this purpose, pop rail is placed in the production line as an automatic device. The job of the pop rail is to remove paper rolls from the production line, collect them and turn them into rails using a twisting system.
Pop reels usually have an automatic winding system that automatically takes the roll of paper and neatly and accurately wraps and holds it. This operation makes the paper roll to be collected regularly and transportable.
